What is with all of the pervs in Hamilton Park? Someone told me that some people have noticed a guy taking pictures of kids at the playground and another guy masturbating in the park who the cops haven't caught. Is it the neighborhood or something about the park which attracts perverts? I haven't seen this at the other playgrounds we visit. Now I am thinking that I should stay away from Hamilton Park when I am alone with my kids.

there are a lot of weird people in the park ... particularly around the children's playground ....
the other night, there was an odd looking guy doing calisthenics in the middle of the playground ... it did not seem to be a parent ... just strange ...

Most of the time those dollar van bus drivers are just going to the bathroom. They don't exactly hide and on numerous occassions I have seen those vans pulled over, and they are basically either peeing into a bottle or ...er..doing whatever else they are doing.

Not to change the topic, but you know who else I've seen masturbating? Those dollar bus drivers.
They park on Columbus I guess between routes or something and I've seen, on 2 occasions, drivers masturbating in their empty buses. I couldn't tell whether it was the same driver twice or two different drivers. Gross. Can't you wait until you get home?

Belmar man charged with lewdness in Hamilton Park in Downtown Jersey City
Wednesday, July 28, 2010 A Belmar man was arrested in Downtown Jersey City after allegedly masturbating in front of a sharp-eyed 76-year-old woman who helped identify the man by telling police she noticed his penis was pierced, officials said. Lionel B. Froloff, 32, was arrested in Hamilton Park at 2:26 p.m. Monday and charged with lewdness and endangering the welfare of children in a nearby playground, reports said. The woman, who was sitting with her sister, told police she saw Froloff looking at her with a strange expression on his face and then realized what he was doing, reports said. Arriving officers noticed Froloff had a pierced tongue and when the cop asked if he had any other piercings, Froloff confirmed what his victim had spotted moments earlier, reports said. The officers said Froloff became angry at police headquarters, used profanity, and insulted one female officer using a racial slur and a second female officer with a sexual suggestion, reports said. Finally, Froloff began complaining of pain in his pants and said the piercing might be infected, reports said. He was taken by ambulance to the Jersey City Medical Center for treatment, reports said.
