It was in his daily briefing throughout January as a big risk.

And every four day delay in addressing it doubles the death count.

On today's briefings, Trump had a timeline showing important dates. On January 17, 2020, there was no reported US cases. By the time he closed on January 31, 2020, there was some cases but no deaths. Slow...how, especially when the WHO is saying it is not transmitted from human to human?

Since whe did the US follow the WHO. Doesn't the US spend billion$ for the best damn intelligence in the world. LOL

Then why pay WHO $450 million a year from the US? Of course the US should follow an international health organization. Perhaps there should be an investigation.
perhaps there should be an investigation? butmuch does the cdc costs? didn't they botch the covid test? let's put the kibosh on the cdc?

But, but, but, tax cuts are ALWAYS the answer! And while repealing G-S wasn't great, there was still plenty of regulation that would have prevented the subprime meltdown if they were actually implemented by the Bush SEC. It took failures on multiple levels to achieve that fiasco, Moodys, Fitch and S&P should have been criminally charged for their roles. Its like traffic in JC, we don't need new traffic laws, just the old ones actually enforced.

Yes, never mind the million dead, focus on the recession that Bill Clinton caused 7 years into Bush's term.

While the war may have been unnecessary it certianly did NOT lead to the unemployment spike or the other underlining problems like the housing collapse. Those were directly related to Clinton era policies such as repeal of glass stegall and lending practices.

?You always have to look to the person at the top,? - Donald Trump on blaming GWB for 9/11. Of course, none of that now applies to him. He's even got his people blaming Obama... again. The guy is a psycho.

As for Councilman Yun, I never met the guy but he was generally loved and respected. How rare that is in today's political arena, a good person to all who knew him. My condolences to the Yun family.

You must be about 12 yrs old since you don't remember Oblamea blaming GWB every day he was in office.

Truly a loss for the Heights specifically and Jersey City in general. Michael was dedicated to residents and was also always willing to go the extra mile if you had an issue. His approach was based on common sense, business acumen, and a strong desire to do the right thing for residents ... and actually reading and researching proposed ordinances, abatements, etc.. He walked the walked and my family will miss him greatly.

We send our deepest sympathies for his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Rest in Peace - you are missed.

A true story of an immigrant bringing his life and dedication to We The People, I felt an immense sadness upon learning of his passing.

As per Solomon FB:
"In loving memory, place a candle in your window this Friday at 7:30 PM"

As per Michael Yun FB page, please be aware of scammers:
" During this difficult time The Yun Family has expressed their concerns that scammers are claiming to be relatives of Councilman Michael Yun. Creating fraudulent ?Go Fund Me? pages and creating clone/ghost accounts under his daughter?s name Jaclyn Yun.

It is disrespectful, disgusting and against the law. Ghosting a form of identity theft attempting to collect funds through ?GoFundMe? PLEASE do not get solicited by these people.

Do not accept their friend?s requests! If you have been friend requested report these activities.

I will remember Councilman Yun for his kindness and professionalism. He was truly a great public servant. It saddens me deeply to learn of his death. This is a big loss for Jersey City. Deepest condolences to his family.

Michael Yun was one of the finest council people I have met. He read all of the ordinances and cared about the impact of spending on taxpayers. He gave gifts to children every Christmas and had a Mother's Day celebration for seniors. He will be missed. What a loss the Ward D.

I first met Mr. Yun when I moved to the Heights in 2001. I often shopped in his store and he and his wife were always so kind - offering candy to my little daughter. He did good things for the Heights. These will be hard shoes to fill. Prayers to his family.

Big loss. So sorry for his family. I had a bad feeling last week when they weren't updating his status in ICU. He really cared about his community.
