I blame Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. This is why electing a competent president is SO IMPORTANT. Not a game show host.

Just stay in damn it. All county and state and national parks should have been closed on March 10, 2020. So spoiled.

In the end, the city had to find a buyer who will build two enormous towers in an already high density district to gift them the rest of the land to build the park. Am I wrong? This widow must be exhausted and happy to sell this land and settle this case. Once husband dead, she was like, settle and sell I want my money!

Re: Ad number 4, Sherry G (plus husband). Owner of apparently two family on Sherman Place since 2013 (all public records). This law has no effect on her. She will be able to AIRBNB or RENT her apartment because she lives on the premises. Help her out on the 9K of taxes per year. YES will win !!!!

It is not what the city will get it is what the residents will get and that is YES vote. Because it's the right sensible legislation that should have been in place from day one. If you have a house and in that house is a spare room or another apartment (2 family house), you can rent short term on airbnb. What you cannot do is rent 5 apartments and "sublease" them out on airbnb. New apartment buildings are also taking empty apartments and turning those buildings into part or full time airbnb hotels. If I rented an apartment in a rental apartment building and found out 3 apartments on my floor are advertised on hotel.com or airbnb, I would not be happy.

I almost hit one of these knuckleheads in Hoboken when she was scooting through the intersection without stopping ...going the wrong way no less, thus no stop sign for her, so she just breezed through, meanwhile I am looking the opposite direction. When I do drive through Hoboken, very rarely are scooters following any traffic rules or wearing helmets. You need constructive dialogue to set safety standards that are enforced. If you are scooting down a street going the wrong way, that should be a ticket with points (if you have a drivers license) or if no drivers license, an increased monetary penalty. And you should not permit dockless scooters at all.

485 Marin is a large airbnb and is advertised as Lotus Newport on Expedia and Lotus at Marin Apartments on hotel planner website. If I lived at 485 Marin and found out it was being used as 'hotel' I would not be very happy. Kushner !!!!!!

Intersection of Newark and Jersey along Jersey to Montgomery, always backed up at night! The light for Columbus and Jersey is way too long after 7 PM. Use Coles going southbound.

Peak population 1930 316,000. Dwindled to 223,000 in 1980. Now estimated at 270,000. Probably population was spread out more evenly in 1930, but now the downtown area is littered with 50 story buildings increasing density in 07302. I am telling you, when you drive around the rest of JC, it feels forgotten. The roads are terrible, crime is higher. Why is this not being solved or attempted to be solved? Partially, the developers see more profit around PATH train areas...guess markets dictates. Also, if you take PATH after 8 AM, yes, it's Jammed. More people now live in PATH train areas and there are more jobs in Manhattan than in 1990 and 2000.
