Most companies I have worked at in a professional position (of which both of these jobs are) forbid outside employment for full time workers.
Does the City have a Code of Ethics that employees sign? I would imagine the Fulop administration putting one into place.

Anyone who has worked 80 hr weeks (really worked that is as opposed to sleeping at your JCPA desk) knows it's unsustainable, at least for anyone over 30.

He's been suspended without pay for other personnel reasons from the Parking Authority. Wanna bet he had massive sick days from both jobs?
Sad that it took a DWI to shine light on this double dipper apparently.

Jersey City man with 2 public jobs charged with DWI; 3.5 times over legal limit: cops

McDonald/The Jersey Journal A County Prep High School teacher who moonlights as a full-time Jersey City Parking Authority worker was arrested and charged with drunken driving on Sunday night after police say he swiped parked cars on Summit Avenue and then crashed into a utility pole. Joseph Curran, 53, of Sherman Place, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to exhibit documents. Curran had a blood-alcohol level of 0.28, three-and-a-half times higher than the legal limit, police allege.
