I am yet to encounter a decent, or even passable, Real Estate Lawyer.
Most transactions don't require one, save the money. Robin.

What are the prices you can expect to pay? I see differences from all the 'down' at 750 to up to 1250, have even seen 1450. In the scheme of things, not much difference when shelling out hundreds of K for a purchase, but it seems crazy to pay 100% more for a lawyer when the results are identical.

James Morris.
He's cheap because he works remotely down in Red Bank and has minimal overhead, and passes that savings onto you. Also, residential real estate closings is about ALL he does, so he's as specialized an attorney as you can get. Can anyone recommend a lawyer that can also speak Spanish? Its not for me but for my aunt. She speaks English but is nervous that many of the technical terms will get her confused and can lead to her being taken advantage of.
