Sam112, I ride downtown all the time, I also drive. However, cyclists will never help themselves in their lot by scurrying to the sidewalk 'due to heavy traffic". If one can't cycle in traffic - pack up the bike and walk!!
I am fed up with delivery guys, new residents, thugs and general douchebags cycling on the already busy sidewalks and being a general danger. I generally laugh when I see the newbie cyclists cycling on the sidewalks with their helmet on. Perhaps all pedestrians should wear helmets too.

SideWalk not SideCycle.

Looks ok, it will be nice to have something on that corner at last, I hope there will be parking as there is zero available in the area. All vehicles parked in Majestic parking lot were submerged during Sandy, but in the graphic below there is obviously no above ground parking.

Really amazed at this allegedly Vietnamese restaurant. But not in a good way. I am at a loss to understand why one would renovate a space to go from a pleasant space to a confused vomit of green and blue, BTW it looks worse when you can't be bothered to clean. On the subject of hygiene. Why are the wait staff so scruffy and non interested looking?
The food was basic non flavored Chinese. Appetizers came after entree? Food bland, bland, bland.
This restaurant is a bland Chinese hack job. There are too many of these in JC already....

Stopped in yesterday, suburban vibe at best, mediocre Tex Mex at best. The stale chips should have been a warning.

JCPD don't give a rats ass about anyone in this city; our taxes pay their wages. But they and their families livevfarvoutside JC. They care about themselves and their communities not those of us they are paid to protect & serve. As long as this BS continues JCPD will continue to do what they have been doing for years. Oh and maybe getting drunk in this city before driving home to the shore....

I am usually sad to see good businesses close but in this case I am not. Crap food, dirty place and screaming employees and of course Baby Dumpling. I will miss stopping her run up and down Grove Street while no one inside noticed her missing. fact!!!
On the other hand folks in this town should understand because food is cheap that doesn't mean it's good, just sayin...

Mdips, u do realize if everyone's nervous wife decided to cycle on the pavement it would be quite a mss, u could have walked your bike on the street. Considerations of over entitlement methinks. Flogging so underrated!!

When is someone/anyone going to stop the absolute buffoon cyclists who chose to cycle on the pavements, wrong direction on one way street and generally mixing sidewalk, street and f/(&ed up directional cycling
This does not endear them to pedestrians nor assist cyclists getting any respect from motorists.

Had dinner there last night, very prompt, attentive and friendly service. Great food. Nice atmosphere. Speakers sounded tinny but I wasn't there to listen to music. Good prices, good quality flavor some food. A really positive addition to our neighborhood.
I wish them good luck and much success!
