Jame Morris. He was AMAZING! And CHEAP! (closing for $475).

He saved us from getting into BIG trouble and the 1st property we were after. Quick, smart, responsive.

He's the best!

PS. AVOID PETER HUMBLIAS!

I also recommend Jim Morris- affordable and easy to work with :)

Happy New Year folks!
Thinking about using James Morris mentioned on this thread but noticed his office is in Monmouth County. Would using a non- local attorney be a bad idea?
Thanks!

I noticed a sign at Journal Square's empty lot where the towers are supposed to go up. It says that work is supposed to start in the summer of 2012 with a completion date of 2014. I guess we'll see.

The sign says more info can be found at

Hi everyone,
I have some friends visiting soon and want to show them some nice places in the area.

Can anyone recommend a nice view of NYC easily assessible by the PATH train?

On a similar note- are there gonna be any firework shows visible from the JC side of the Hudson tomorrow?

Thanks for all the help and Happy new year.

I agree with Zeit101... The area has definitely gotten better. There's hardly any thugs hanging out, (a little) less rubbish on the street and less dog cigars too hehe.

I also hear 340 is one of the best maintained buildings on the block.

Hi
Too bad you missed out on yesterdays cyber monday sales- There were some deals. ebodyboarding.com is a good online shop.

If you need a board, swim fins and /or a leash it might be good to take advantage of free shipping on $125 + purchases.

Is she a good swimmer? Is she going out there alone?

If someone is going to be in the water pushing her into (small) waves then all you really need is board (and wetsuit depending on water temp).

I would buy a smaller board (around 36") if shes going to be roughing it on her own - or a larger one if someones gonna be out there pushing her around.

One advice I have is to start off in really small waves- she will have way more fun! It will be safer and easier to help her learn.

Ive been bodyboarding for a while now so feel free to pm me and I'll help you out... fyi i dont know too much about New Jersey beaches - (prefer to be in warmer water)

HAVE FUN!

I personally find it pretty funny when people complain about the distance. A 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride might be a blessing in disguise.

If you are tech savvy and can do your own installation, homesecuritystore.com is worth checking out.

They have a forum that can answer some questions you might have.

Good luck!

Most kids graffitti on buildings for people to see... To get their name out.

"Tags" or simple signatures are put in the most visible places.

For larger "pieces" its the same thing but of course it takes longer to finish so they need someplace visible but also safe for them to do their "work".

That Vietnamese restaurant is wonderful. The pork chops are sooo good. The pho is great on colder days and the sandwiches make the perfect take away.

Thanks for all the replies you guys been very helpful.
