Well, the publisher Sulzberger already gave a non-apology/apology to subscribers-vowing changes (while not totally admitting bias, of course) but the Times is still slanting the news. CNN actually has gotten worse since the election. They simply can't help themselves, it's truly a train wreck to view.

In case you haven't seen it, there was just a great exchange where the NYT public editor admitted the paper is incredibly biased, has completely undermined their credibility, and many reporters should be disciplined for their conduct (but will not be). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsKyjXalfWc&feature=youtu.be

Twitter is great, POTUS elect Trump is going direct to the people-the NYTimes and the loony left media can't take it. Of course, they deserve to be sidestepped the way they all carried the water for crooked Hillary in the election.

Have you not seen the Complainer-In-Chiefs twitter feed over the past month? "Unfair!" "Leave Mike Pence alone!" etc. etc. Please, you guys elected a whiny 15 year old girl.

'cuddle and care'? We just voted out the nanny state, in case you missed it. The only people getting cuddles and care now are the snowflakes who need safe spaces with puppies for petting and soothing lollipops.

Yeah, that would have been an "example" of automation. In any case, after Trump's reign we will probably get a Democratic Socialist like we should have this time. Trump's attempts at a Patriarchy will ultimately get him impeached. His supporters will soon see the folly of following a "master" who will cuddle and care for them. The idea of a free education for college or trade school will be more appealing as technology outpaces the general populations brain/skills power.

LOL ... Toll Collector... a great "example" of a manufacturing job. As for automation itself... I hope you keep the same "leave the country" attitude concerning the fastfood workers demanding $15 an hour. Their jobs will be gone when the business owners install self service kiosks. So according to your logic, those low job skill people should go back to their country of origin too... racist! Quote:

The main reason manufacturing jobs are gone is because of technology and automation. Now it takes one person to oversee an army of mechanized robotic machines to perform complex, repetitive and dangerous tasks that workers used to do. Be thankful companies are outsourcing the dangerous work to other countries.
Example: toll takers in the Parkway and the Turnpike. That work should've been extinct 10 years ago. You can' t compete? Then maybe you are the ones who should leave the country. Being a natural born citizen shouldn't afford you shit. Quote:

I'd love this but am not expecting it because the media would use it as "proof" of some failure, rather than correcting the record.

WTTF... The guy is not even president yet and he saves 1000 jobs.... according to news reports, the current guy in the Oval office, wrote off the company move.
What I really hope is that Trumps new Labor Sec will start reporting the real unemployment / job statistics. Quote:

Like I said on another thread... I am 100% certain that we will not see concentration camps being staged at LPS.
Much to the disappointment of the wild-eyed, aluminum hat wearing, bomb throwing leftist talking about the next 4 years of the Trump Administration. Granted there is a fine line to straddle, implementing laws and regulations that encourage a positive business climate without appearing to be providing "corporate welfare". The foreign owned GM and Chrysler were not part of the financial meltdown, but they were added to get democrat support for "The Bailout" It was a kiss for the unions. But at least business owners will not have to listen to the socialist mantra that swept the country from Obama, Warren and Reich types.... "You did not build your business... the govt. did" That foolishness coming from people who never created private sector jobs or worry about meeting a payroll every week.

Tell me how funny this is:
Pence Signed a Law Requiring Burial or Cremation for Aborted Fetuses: The sweeping abortion bill that Indiana Gov. Mike Pence signed into law in March gained national attention for prohibiting women from electing to have an abortion due to the race, gender, or disability of the fetus. But the bill contained another unusual provision: It required that aborted fetuses receive what amounts to a funeral. http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2 ... -funerals-aborted-fetuses Ahahahahahahaha . What? Holy Sh*t Ahahahahah

There's a difference between bad "terrorist" Muslims and "the good ones". It's called money. You know who had a lot of money? Osama Bin Laden.
