Osborne, 38, told The Jersey Journal in an interview that she wants to devote the next year to spending time with her son, who is entering his senior year in high school in September. I, too, have had nothing but positive responses from Candice and from Lauren, her aide, to whatever issues I've need help in resolving ... issues by the way for Ward F, a ward that is not even her responsibility.
It is obvious that "earthling" is a total misogynist and his/her postings should be disregarded.

For what its worth, I reached out to her in the past and received a surprisingly prompt reply. Granted, it was a small issue for her to handle, but still says something for her.

Could we moderate these sexist remarks coming from Earthling? It's quite offensive and no one cares whether Candice is a man or woman or what her social media or whatever reveals.
I have contacted Candice for issues and she has been responsive.

I'm in Ward F and Candice stepped in when our Councilwoman went MIA. She was and is still there for me and my neighbors.

I can vouch that I have reached out to Candice on occasion for neighborhood concerns and she has answered the facts I raised. But by all means, please keep throwing mud hoping it sticks, this is so refreshing.

Why don't people that have a concern with any aspect of governance contact the department within cityhall of their concern and seek assistance from them.
I don't believe that councillors are private secretaries for every individual's request and an individual advocate of their issues. There is a process to get things done and it would idiotic for a councillor to micromanage everyone's individual complaint. If city hall staff screw-up, seek the manager / supervisor out, then the director and with all the relevant info in hand and you are still dissatisfied, look to councillors, noting they can't change legislation to suit your personal needs or wants!
