Conquer floors did a great job on my damaged hardwood floor. They were quick, professional and their work came out looking great. I don?t recall them being expensive either.

It's hilarious when you step away for awhile and come back to see that once JCMAN8 gets called on his bullshit he just becomes obsessed on who truly believes what message and goes in circles so he doesn't have to address what actually matters or reality. Just because Trump & co know that tactic works on people like you doesn't mean everyone else is as easily manipulated.

If a driver gets so startled by a mural that it makes them lose control of their car then they shouldn't be driving -period.

When you use a period (.) you don't have to say "period"

When you end a sentence with "period" in quotation marks, you still have to use a period inside the quotation marks.

Many school districts put immigrant students behind in grades in order to learn the language. Several months ago, something similar happen when a 18 and 19 year old immigrants raped a 14 year old classmate. The officials said it is their practice to place older students with younger classmates who are immigrants.

there you go again blaming the immigrants

Bad argument. Three of those groups have constitutional and statutory protections; one doesn't. Can you guess which is which?

why is it a bad argument? just cause they might be protected, the idea behind it is the same...

because if they are protected, the law won't hold up.

You obviously know very little/nothing about the crime of attempted murder. Just stop.

More importantly, based on Royster's inflammatory comments after this incident (and after Santiago's murder), she shouldn't be allowed anywhere near these proceedings. "period."

Newport Mall
#15
Just can't stay away
Just can't stay away

I was at the Newport Mall late afternoon this Saturday and while on the way out saw a pretty big police response pulling in. Does anyone know what happened or if there's a way to find out?

We didn't stick around to see what it was, but I know the crowd can get pretty rowdy there. Seemed like too many police for a shoplifting or another one-off crime. The mall seems to have gotten nicer over the years but there's still an unsettling vibe like anything can happen at any time.

I feel like this happens somewhat frequently (lots of police cars showing up) and notwithstanding the mini precinct inside security is pretty scant.

Are there off duty cops assigned on weekends when lots of young groups are expected?

I heard this too - was it around 4-5am near Hamilton Park area?

It was like a really loud police car siren but stationary and lasted like an hour or so. Maybe a building alarm system or something.

What's the difference?

Ultimately, the point (which others in this thread back up) is that the place is not any more expensive that most other places in the neighborhood. Particularly given the quality of what you get in food and ambiance and overall experience.

As for the price of burgers, I think any decent burger (accompanied with fries) at a sit down restaurant in DTJC will set you back at least $10 - $15. That's just the going price point.

Wow, you confuse me. Sometimes you come across as intelligent, other times like this, it's like you're reading only what you want to think you read.

What's the difference between more expensive and most? I need to explain that? And then you qualify your argument with adding ambiance and overall experience?

After I show you that $14 is kinda expensive for a burger, you try to group that $14 with the $10 burgers which is 40% more?!?

The guy only asked if the food prices were reasonable. This is a guy who was looking for a 2BR < $1600

Give up man.

Look up what a mansplainer is- I bet anything that Bodipooh is a dude simply going by the bizarre need to give lengthy condescending opinions for every inane question someone asks on this board.

It's not spelled Matthew's
