No specific curfew - technically speak we can serve alcohol til 2am during the week and 3am on Friday / Saturday nights. I think most weekday shows will typically wrap up by 11pm and weekends will vary depending on the crowd.
Also just announce it Roky Erickson for Sept 8th

Thanks for the update, Heath. I liked that you reached out to followers on Facebook and Instagram for band suggestions. Obviously that wasn't a scientific poll, but it was clear that JC residents (or at least your social media followers) have a wide range of musical tastes.
I'm personally hoping you can bring in some bluegrass, Americana, indie rock/folk, funk, and jam bands. Looking forward to watching the schedule grow.

Here are the newly announced shows this week at White Eagle Hall:
8/16 - Chad Calek Presents Sir No Face Lives 10/08 - Melody's Echo Chamber 11/07 - New Found Glory: 20 Years of Pop Punk Previously Announced: 7/06 - Buckcherry, MoTHER, Common Wealth 7/08 - H.U.B. hosted by JRE with special performances by JC Park & SalV 7/22 - Frank Iero and The Patience At least one more (and a very good one, that I'm personally a big fan of) will be announced on 6/5. Waiting on announce schedules on a whole bunch more as well and we're working on a TON more!

I was at the Nimbus Dance event yesterday. Very unique, detailed and physical choreographies in interesting music arrangements. The stage lighting truly made them shine. This is a great venue for JC productions, I will be back!

This article makes me hopeful that White Eagle Hall will bring some nationally and regionally touring acts to Jersey City. Monty Hall has done a nice job booking some surprisingly well known and well regarded bands, but a bigger venue (like White Eagle Hall) could do a lot for the live music scene here.

Speaking with a friend involved with the project there, my understanding was that they are planning a slew of private events to start off with in order to hone their game so to speak (work out all the kinks of running a place like that) prior to going public.

I posted this in a new thread but I realized most people would probably be checking this thread for news instead. There's a preview of White Eagle Hall as part of the Theater Center's fundraiser on Monday:

There is nothing I want more than a decent sized concert venue in Jersey City. With White Eagle Hall constantly delayed and the Loews likely never to be renovated to the grandeur that it (and we) deserve, I don't have high hopes.

Have walked by several times in the last few months and definitely saw signs of construction work going on
Madame Claude's sign has been installed on the 4th Street side, behind the White Eagle, so that's progress
