Dr. Hansen is now part of a practice that makes house calls. If we had a need for a vet to make a house call, we would also heartily recommend her.

The two exits along Greenwich Street the lead up to the memorial plaza in front of 3WTC are also completely unfinished. All of that could be remedied between now and March, but if that is the current state of the exits that we can actually see, I'd bet that the various exits that are out of our sight are also a long way from being commuter ready.

Apparently that stuff is unenforceable, look up the story of the Synagogue on Grove that is now a mosque. They tried to put in the deed that it could never be a house of worship other than Orthodox Jewish, the new buyers did what they wanted.

If a church turns a property into rentals, does it still pay no tax?
