So what's the update? Have you sold your place yet? Who's advice did you take, what marketing efforts did you pursue?

This article makes me hopeful that White Eagle Hall will bring some nationally and regionally touring acts to Jersey City. Monty Hall has done a nice job booking some surprisingly well known and well regarded bands, but a bigger venue (like White Eagle Hall) could do a lot for the live music scene here.

Quote FTA: "White Eagle Hall?s performance schedule is literally top secret at the moment ? non-disclosure agreements have been signed and details cannot be released until a certain time -
which is extremely exciting. They promise a packed fall schedule that will slowly reveal itself this summer."

Non-disclosure agreements regarding a performance schedule?

Odd.

It may have something to do with the fact that the owner is currently in the process of selling investment interest in the Hall and it's revenues/expenses

What does everyone think about Gulls Cove 2? The building is 61% sold. Not sure is they're keeping some for rentals? Anyone live at Gulls Cove 1? How is it? Is the structure and management good? Looking into buying there but hesistant because of all the things I've read about the developer.

My advice, if you are already hesitant, look elsewhere. There is so much inventory in the area for full service luxury buildings, why try and convince yourself to buy in the building when you have so many other great options?
