Thank goodness - freedom to insight hate, criminal behavior or fear should be an offence - I don't believe someone has the right for example to stand infront of a school, place of worship or any public space and yell abuse to insight a riot.


You realize this isn't protected by the 1st Amendment either, right?

The point I am making, US standards are different than many countries even Canada does not have "free speech." A different point of view might be considered "hate speech." Even what occurs on jclist might not pass what is acceptable in the international community.

No, it isn't.

ICANN has managed the primary DNS servers for years. Neither the DNS nor ICANN are under control of the UN. It's an independent entity, a US non-profit. This has been in the works for over a year.

The Internet is a global resource. It makes sense that it should not be controlled by the US government. It's not going to grant Russia control over the DNS servers.

Nothing to see here.
