There are two retail spaces under the building. The Morgan Street side will be CVS. There is nothing set for the Greene Street side, but I would bet on a restaurant.
The CVS in Harborside closed so this is needed in that part of the neighborhood.

i hate scumbag as much as the next person but i'm not sure it's fair to picket trump building since it's a licensing deal and the journal square properties are being developed by jared's cousin.

There are many lifelong republicans and conservatives who strongly oppose the current administration and much of what they stand for. Not all protesters are liberals/democrats/snowflakes/etc...

I did not know they had any retail in the 1st Tower... seems like it's been empty for years?
Can't wait to do some shopping there on Saturday morning. Hope it is a liquor store, my beer supply is running short!
