Anyone else notice how an already bad intersection is made even worse by the idiots who park/stand on Marin right outside KK now, with their hazard lights flashing? One guy was even parked into the crosswalk. I was driving south on Marin and had just cleared Columbus when I had to slam on my brakes to avoid being sideswiped by some asshat who abruptly pulled out without checking for traffic. It goes without saying that the cops directing traffic right at that intersection appear to be oblivious or indifferent to the Krispy Kreme congestion.

The donuts are great! Coffee, however, is only average but is relatively cheaper than Dunkin- i think the cost of a medium at KK is the same price as a small one at DD.

Pretty funny that this place is packed, but if one was to go by the usual JCLIST post bemoaning "chain places", a recurrent claim is that JC residents, particularly those in DTJC, don't care for such places. And, yet, these "chains" are always busy... drive past Chili's on any given weekend evening and you will see it is always packed, and the Domino's on Newark is seemingly busy non stop (I see their delivery men all over DTJC at all times) and even the fast food places like McD, DD, Chipotle are making brisk business all the time.

Quite honestly this seems to be opening in a timely manner. Many businesses in the past took much longer to get through all the red tape. The most famous being atomic wings. Looks like Fulop has streamlined some things.
