Light Horse generally has a good selection. I haven't been in a few months, but I've found them to be fairly consistent in freshness and selection.

Edwards has a great happy hour $1 oyster.. very plump with mignonette using fresh cilantro.

Hamilton Inn has $1 oysters and 50% off drinks on Wednesdays, although the oysters are small

I know maritime park was offering them at happy hour and I believe the place next to Duane Reade. Not sure of the name of that place.
