Waiting in line twice, paying two separate bills and walking a block away to get a bottle of water are all possible. That doesn't mean it makes any sense to give a vendor a monopoly on drinks.

No idea why this happened, but it seems the lemonade vendor is gone also.

The Market is definitely less appealing with the loss of these vendors. Organizers should think about Market-goers when getting into spats with vendors.

It was always a weird setup, all food vendors were told they couldn't sell any beverages because Lizmonade (and the coffee guy) had exclusive rights to sell drinks. Maybe this is what the spat was over? The end of exclusive deals with vendors?

If it means I can grab a bottle of water instead of a $4 lemonade to drink I'm OK with it, even if it sucks losing the pizza.

There are dozens of pizza trucks around, it shouldn't be hard to get another one in.

So there is some other pizza tent and he was at the bball courts as well before this. My guess is the organizers wanted both of them and Pizza Vita wanted to be sole pizza supplier? One week Pizza Vita was there, fired up oven, and then left abruptly. My kids will miss the pizza and lizzmonade, my wallet will not!

Has one been to the other market with awful "Sixth Borough" name? Can someone tell the organizers what an abortion this moniker is to JC?

Long story short the pizza vita guy tried to organize a boycott of the farmers market when he didn't get his way. The organizers said see you later. I believe a couple other vendors were pushed out with them because they sided with the pizza vita dude.

On Wednesdays, we look forward to grabbing a blanket and going to HP to grab two pizzas from Pizza Vita (the truck) during the farmer's market. We've not seen them for several weeks, and when I asked them if they would be back, they said:

Unfortunately we will not be @hamiltonparkjc organizer went in a different direction w other vendors

Anyone know what happened? It's a bummer...they seemed to do really well and people enjoyed them.
