It's simple, in 2010 there wont be a Jeremiah Healy in city hall, the light rail will reach 8th street in Bayonne and construction will begin to extend it to the Xanadu.

(and put on their "psychic thinking caps"),
what people think about where Jersey City
will be in 2010... Factoring in all the pros
and cons of the economy, new construction, etc, etc..
