if you look at the photo, you can see his unattached leash. at least he has a doggie bag though. i have no sympathy for determined lawbreakers. this may be too small of a crime to call the police about, but it's perfect for jclist fodder.

I like the way the OP has only 2 posts -- seems like this should be removed -- though he is in the dog free zone -- and they are unleashed -- are they really his? Hard to think he rides his bike and they keep up with those tiny legs.

I think @jamesj did the right thing. I have two young boys and we go play in Hamilton park a lot. I'd hate for them to step in dog sh%t while trying to catch a football. And trust me - my boys have step in dog sh%t on the lawns before, and it's not nice cleaning out that sh%t from their shoes.
I appreciate everyone and anyone that tries to enforce the pet-free zones! Quote:

i informed this guy that dogs had to be on a leash and that he was in a dog free zone and he replied, "no, i'm not gonna do it." if you know him, tell him he's an ass.
