what kind of class does a guy with no class run?

if you look at the photo, you can see his unattached leash. at least he has a doggie bag though. i have no sympathy for determined lawbreakers. this may be too small of a crime to call the police about, but it's perfect for jclist fodder.

mostly clickbait, but the tight purple shorts, thick frame glasses, roadbike, attitude and age all put him into hipster territory.

i informed this guy that dogs had to be on a leash and that he was in a dog free zone and he replied, "no, i'm not gonna do it." if you know him, tell him he's an ass.
