It's also near impossible to trace when the entity trafficking them disappears.

Yup. This is why if one does their due diligence, they'll find that it's not advisable to hold bitcoins in exchanges. It's advisable to hold bitcoins off-line.

Well, it is catching on. Transactions, users and vendor adoption is growing every day.

Are you seriously claiming the NPR segment couldn't define it?? Apparently, Wikipedia can. And, CNN. And, well.... anyone that can read can understand it. So, here, let me help you understand it:

What is bit coin?

What is this bit coin you speak of ? Even an NPR segment on the bit coin could not define it.

How many visitor parking permits can you buy at one time? Depends on how Grandma at the JCPA feels on that day, could be 3 could be 10. Don't try your luck at 15. Just be sure to have an exact amount in the form of a bank check or money order.

When the street-cleaning cop gives me a ticket I'm as mad as hell.

However, these feelings subside quickly.

Those of us that give a f*** know that filth is a major problem for our city. It is a major turn-off for us and for the new residents we are trying so hard to court.

The decision to NOT ticket yesterday was made, presumably, to ease us back into to idea of moving our cars.

We should not need a grace period. It is reasonable to assume that cleaning has resumed. There is a website and a phone number to tell us.

The tickets that weren't issued yesterday would have acted as a wake-up to those incorrectly parked today.

We will now spend the weekend traversing side streets still partially caked in dog turd, cigarettes, soda cups...

The Resident Response Center says they will "definitely" ticket today. We shall see.

I am not a city fundraiser intent on more tickets! Just looking at the bigger picture.
