Kinda ridiculous diversions from a thread that never should have been posted here. Carry on.

Emotional intelligence and charisma are integral to a successful political campaign. False criticism of the winning candidate is typically evidence of a candidate who lacked both, but didn't understand why he lost. Yet, after their defeat they continue to demonstrate that same weak etiquette in a desperate effort to undermine the candidate to who they lost their bid with a pathetic hope that the constituents will look to them as the candidate who got away. It never works and only makes that losing candidate looking more foolish. As it continues the constituents go from feeling sorry for that losing candidate to just losing all respect for them. Over all it's embarrassing.

Dude, you still haven't gotten over your crushing 2013 election defeat?? Dixon has long expanded outside of the DTJC area and they have several properties in The Heights, including one a few blocks away on Manhattan Ave. Their prices are not cheap, but the work they put into their properties is really, really well done. I have been inside two such properties and they are both as good as they look in the photographs.

This particular listing will have an effective monthly rent of $3,700 after you factor in the 2 free months. For a 4bd/3.5ba property with a private driveway, with those kinds of finishes, it really is a great deal.

I have not noticed. There's a new row of 4 Bayonne Boxes on Ogden just up from South that are as ugly as any.

So this falls under his affordable housing agenda then correct?

GTFO... a private company buys a property, improves it substantially, and then wants to make a profit over the long haul: what's so crazy about that? Not every project needs to be an affordable housing initiative. You want the city to dictate how much an owner or company can charge for rent for a given property? That's as bad, or worse, as the rent control concept.
