gonna go out on a limb here and suggest that DTJC has enough restaurants. I'm glad Another Man's Treasure and Kanibal Home will be neighbors. they share an aesthetic, and they could both use a location with more exposure. I think those two business - if not all - can be counted on to do right by the building re: lovely signage.

The new Charles & Co building on Grove Street announced their retail tenants:
Another Man's Treasure Kanibal Home CoolVines Jersey City Hazel Baby and Kids (second location) Mathnasium Jersey City Maximum Motion Fitness Kind of disappointed that there is no restaurant, and 3 out of the 6 are stores that already exist nearby. Hopefully some nice signage will dress up the building a bit.
