Chelsea Eye - http://www.chelseaeye.com/. See Dr. Christopher Coad. I've been going there for years and Dr. Coad is tops. He does virtually everything from routine checkups to lasik... I recently had a cataract removed by him. It's on 19th St. near 7th Ave., a 5 minute walk from the 23rd St. stop. They seem to accept most insurance.
