Exactly. It was an agreement with the state of NJ. Amazon would start charging state sales taxes on July 1, 2013 in exchange for some incentives to build a local warehouse.

Amazon is already charging NJ tax - started in July this year, I think.

When Amazon does open the New Jersey facility, you will be charged NJ sales tax on your Amazon orders.

Hey, maybe they can do that Domino Pizza thing where it's like "delivered in 30 minutes or it'll be free"!!!

It does look a lot like the one going up on 440 by the Pulaski, but the new Amazon facility is actually being built in Robbinsville:

Forget the drone. My coworker said that Amazon is buidling in Jersey City. He said that it is at Route 440. Does anyone recognize it? It is at 8 minutes and 25 seconds of the video.
