Without question their parents are accountable in a primary way and have let these kids down on the teachings of respect and being constructive law abiding individuals, but on a secondary level the schools, the government and even the community have let these kids down by ignoring this growing problem of children that assualt and commit crime.
The cops can only scoop these ass-wipes up after the crime - its setting an example and teaching these ass-wipes that isn't happening.

this incident atleast started to lean towards my ideal turnout of an assault in Jersey City.

I was hoping more for:

"the two 14 year olds reached into his pocket to grab his cell phone, but, little did they know, they were about to get the beating of a lifetime. see, the victim was an 8th degree blackbelt, and immediately following their attempt to grab his phone, he simultaneously broke both their arms, and continued beating them till they lost consciousness. the other two accomplices tried running away, but the victim happened to be carrying his nunkachucks on him that night, and stunned both of them in the back of the head with a few swift blows. and wouldn't you know it.........he also had rope.....so he hung them by their feet from the nearest Oak tree and proceeded to have a practice session on their twitching, bloody bodies till exhaustion set in. during a later interview, the victim had stated,

"wow, what a great workout. nothing like practicing on the real thing."

Send them to a juvenile detention center. The sad thing is that the parents probably don't care. Otherwise, they their chiledren would not be out so late.

Arrest 4 teens in robbery, assault
Friday, August 03, 2007

Four Jersey City teens robbed one man and assaulted another early yesterday morning, police said.

The boys, ages 17, 14, 14 and 15, were charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapons and receiving stolen property, police said.

The four robbed a man of his cell phone near Williams and Mallory avenues after midnight and then assaulted another man at Claremont and West Side avenues 20 minutes later, police said.

The assault victim, 20, told police he was approached by four teens and the 14-year-old reached inside his own pocket, as if to take out something.

Two of the teens then punched the victim in the face, but the victim hit the 14-year-old in the face and walked away, the man told police. The victim was then struck by a garbage can, reports said.
