Yep. The only other 3 bedroom at Ellipse is almost $6k. This is a pretty good deal if you can afford it. Where are you moving to?

Two totally different lifestyles that cannot really be compared.
$5100 for a one bedroom in NYC is a steal. We were paying much more than that before making the move to JC. We opted for a quieter lifestyle with more space. This is a three bedroom (1560 square foot) unit. Anyway, we love it here...just purchasing now.

7 minute walk to either Hoboken ferry/train station or Newport PATH. Views of One World Trade from...all...three...bedrooms. This is a lease takeover, not a sublet. $5200 a month. We will cover lease transfer fees. Flexible start date. Lease runs through October 2019.
