The very last thing a trans person wants to do in 99.9% of cases is attract unwanted attention to themselves by behaving badly in a public restroom...
Its not like the public bathroom is a social club. People go in to do what nature requires, clean up and get out.

One of my favorites stories is the Emperor New Clothes. It reminds me of the people here. Some sly people tell the emperor that only smart people can see the new clothes, dumb people cannot see the beautiful clothes. Fast forward, only politically correct people believe it is OK to allow predators in females restroom. Those who don't believe is dumb. But a child's voice said the emperor is naked while he paraded on the grounds. Well, I am not a child but simple truth is childlike. anyone who believes this is opening the door to sexual predators.

According to North Carolina?s law, those people cannot go to the bathroom that, I believe, even you know they should be using. North Carolina chose to make an issue out of this because the city of Charlotte decided to pass legislation that made it illegal to discriminate against LGBTQ members of the public. They used the concept that Yvonne is pushing, claims of men walking into girls? bathrooms (please note that the use of these specific words is important to their bigoted cause), as the argument because it invokes these ideas of pervy men walking into women?s bathrooms to rape young girls. This is the exact same argument used by politicians to argue against the integration of bathrooms for race. Lastly, how many times have you been to the mall and seen a mother take her young son into the women?s room or a father take his young daughter into the men?s room? The laws that North Carolina has put in place now make that illegal.

It is obvious that those 2 people you posted look like certain genders and would not get a second look in the restroom.
So why does Target need to qualify the policy to only identity? Currently, males with creepy intentions that enter the women's restroom could be charged for trespassing, breaking and entering, etc. The new policy, will negate those charges because unfortunately the perp can say that is his identity. Shouldn't the rule just be common sense? If you are transgender, based off your outward appearance, use the corresponding restroom?
