Anyone know when 70 Columbus, Modera Lofts, M2, 360 Ninth, and Cast Iron Lofts II are each opening? They all look almost complete.

The project calls for three towers. The first tower (The Morgan) is open for leasing and people are already in the process of moving in. I have friends who will be there within a week or two. BTW, the next two towers will be condos, not rentals.

As a long term JC resident I will refer to the building as The Manischewitz (or Le Manischewitz, given the high rents), just as I call the church at 2nd and Erie St. Mary's and bleach Javel water.

I'm going to assume the restaurant pins weren't intentionally picked in Manhattan and Brooklyn but rather are the result of linking that tab of the webpage to display Google search results. Still dumb that they haven't caught and corrected it.
Does anyone know what's going into the retail spaces of this building?

A short walk to both PATH and light rail stations, the Morgan at Provost Square in Downtown Jersey City has opened. The Toll Brothers Apartment Living building at the corner of Morgan and Provost streets is comprised of 417 units, ranging from studios to three bedrooms, and other amenities. The Morgan is the first of a three-building complex that will also include a performing arts center with a 550-seat theater, ground floor retail space, a pedestrian plaza and indoor parking, company officials said.
