I thought Burritoville was all but dead. All the locations near where I work in Manhattan have been closed down for years. Odd that they're planning their resurrection for Old Colony plaza. I used to love their food (and unlimited chips/salsa) but it's not worth walking to that sketchball plaza for. Hopefully they'll have quick delivery.

Ok -- so I just had my long missed "Lost in Austin" Burrito. The Salsa is now way too garlicky (any would be bad -- but this is over the top) -- and I am sad to say this -- but I did see a roach when I was in there -- so hope they keep that in check! I wish them all the best -- but I fear the quality has gone down hill with new Blimpie ownership of the chain.

Love this place, must try, delicious Tex Mex food. I think this place is the only clean and healthy fresh choice in this center and I think in down town area..Good luck to BurritoVille !! You will see me there every Day!!!!!

They got rid of all the crap stores -- like that Liquor Store!
Lets hope it just gets better and better -- and time to change the name from Old Colony!!!

I just gave them a call and they're located over by Radio Shack.

It's nice to see new businesses opening in the Pathmark shopping center as opposed to just seeing vacant storefronts. Kudos to Popeye's and Advance Auto Parts -- and now BurritoVille!

Now they need to give that whole center a facelift (like McDonald's recently did after their fire) as the sidewalks and parking lot still need some work, and the whole place could use some better lighting, trees and landscaping.

Eventually, I am sure the owners of the center will work with the city to rezone it to give it a denser layout, return to more of an urban street grid and maybe even integrate housing.

Until then (which is probably years away), it's nice to see an eatery with healthier options open in the Old Colony shopping center to serving Van Vorst Park, Liberty Harbor, Bergen-Lafayette and beyond.
