I don't plan on returning as a patron. If you label yourself as a scottish whisky bar, the least you can do is serve the whisky in the appropriate type of glass.

There were a couple of ex Hopscotch people working at the Tilted Kilt this past Spring. Might check there... a manager and a bartender

THis is interesting reading. I went to HopScotch once and felt no need to return, but you have made me think about the restaurants I go to regularly and which ones have retained the same staff for years. I will be more conscious of this.

I was just there this past weekend and made a comment that I never see the same waitstaff or bartenders. Seems there is very high turnover.

Without getting too into things, I am a former employee. They have refused to pay me for training (federally mandated) as well as furnish tax documents. I am seeking others who have also had this experience.
