I have been there, it's decent. Not knocking the places in JC, Ample Hills is just that good. There is usually a line out the door at the location on Vanderbilt in Brooklyn.

Perhaps you should stop by Bucket & Bay.

I've been there a couple times. Rather go to Toricos or Dairy Queen.

I have a very high opinion of Ample Hiils, maybe the best ice cream I've ever had.

There has been some chatter that the Whole Foods at Metropolis Towers is a dead deal. Apparently the shareholders of the Metropolis Towers thought they were getting a bad deal out of the project and voted it down. Whole Foods also just closed nine of their stores nationwide due to a poor fiscal outlook, so they may have just decided to not go forward with the construction in this particular location and are looking elsewhere in Jersey City (hence the rumors of a Journal Square location).. If it's a dead deal it's nice to because of the shareholder vote. Those buildings are overwhelmingly owned by the coop itself to the tune of about 80%to 20%

doesn't matter now, high levels of chromium still being detected on the site. more testing and remediation before anything happens there.

When my family moved to Rockland County in the early 1990s East Ramapo was considered to be a very good school system. Obviously that is no longer the case.

You really can't, it's just too perfect.

Btw, the most important detail of the story is that he was a die-hard liberal who worked for the media and was trying to make Trump supporters look bad. He joins a long list of liberals who have committed fake hate crimes.

Take a look at some of his racist social media postings:

You were pretty riled up about Hilary's emails. Why the sudden change of heart?

No one needs someone to make Trump supporters look bad they do all the hard work themselves.

Like how no matter what the crime is - its invisible to you if it's committed by a white Republican. No one needs to put a PR spin on it for me to notice that you were foaming at the mouth at this dude being black and Muslim. So what?

Lol, keep frantically deflecting. It's adorable.

Him succeeding would be at the expense of the country. I certainly hope he fails at building more private prisons, privatizing our education system and knee capping environmental regulations.

I'm glad he ended TPP, and hope he is genuine about his infrastructure plan assuming its not a give away to private business.

I think you are right on both counts, but I'm not sure what the federal government can do to curtail gang violence short of ending the war on drugs.

You need to stop.

He never mentioned what you are describing either. So glad our leader is making flippant comments on the internet in response to segments on the OReilly Factor.

There are way more dangerous cities than Chicago, like Newark.

You are just throwing bombs.... not sure you even know how martial law declared... you certainly do not know the difference between Chiraq and Newark.

All I did was cite a previous Federal response tactic to other troubled cities. Why Chicago has been ignored while hundreds are shot or killed annually was a disgrace.

That was a federal response to a police involved shooting, not gang violence. Is the federal government going to step in and prosecute every gang shooting?

I lived in Chicago. The shootings there are the one of the biggest challenges facing the city. Everyone is well aware of the problem.

With that said murders in Chicago are generally trending downwards. They haven't gone north of 600 since 2003, and only two years above 500 since then.

Even I think this is an alarmist statement, and it doesn't really help anyone. Federal assistance to a police force does not equal marshal law. Even if the feds 100% replace the local Chicago PD, that still doesn't make it martial law. We would have to suspend the normal rule of law, and I sincerely hope that wouldn't happen.

That sounds even worse. Ceding local control of our police forces to the federal government is a frightening proposition. If Trump is serious about fighting crime in Chicago he should legalize drugs.

He also thanked many of them personally on his victory tour. Those same missing people are the same ones that don't get counted in these popularity polls... and yet there he was on the podium this morning.

Now Trump and his team need to deliver on the promise to stop illegal immigration, take a hard line approach to terrorism and make the US relevant in the global economy, not as consumers, but as producers. Good Luck.

I'm just disappointed, he promised a record turnout and didn't deliver. Maybe he will have better luck fulfilling some of his other promises.
