I disagree. If it's a simple will (you haven't been married three times with 8 children, lol) there are some excellent websites (Suze Orman has a great one) to guide you towards doing a will correctly. All you need is your bank to notarize for free.

Probably well advised to get someone else to help (right vs. write).
Though I don't know anyone in the area -- stick with someone local and see them in person (don't do some internet form that says that it'll do the trick).

I am looking for recommendations on an attorney/firm in Hudson County that specializes in Estate Planning for preparation of Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorneys, etc.
