I have absolutely no clue what your posts mean. All of this nonsense about who did what to whom, when, and why, is not very important to most voters. It's a bunch of politico crap. It's meaningless. What IS interesting is how much property taxes increased after the last mayoral election, despite campaign promises to prevent tax increases. What is also interesting is the culture of nepotism and cronyism that has permeated NJ politics for so long. Time for a change.

It was unwise and unfortunate that they paid junkies to pull down signs when they already have a "Former Mayer" doing it for no Cost.

My Fulop sign was cut down a few weeks ago. It was secured with zip ties so one would have needed tools to cut it down. I didn't think to report it though.

In the spirit of making shit up like the previous poster....
Its messed up what Healy's camp is doing, hiring homeless & junkies to take down their own signs for $10.00. Also heard LoKo498 or whatever his name is, has been seen going around with his ""boy" "friend"" harassing the Walker campaigners. Quote:

He wasn't arrested for taking the signs down tho, he was charged with theft, possession of burglary tools and nine counts of bail jumping related to prior incidents out of Jersey City.

So who's responsible, team Fulop, team Walker, team Malik or is Team Healy doing this to themselves?

By Terrence T. McDonald/The Jersey Journal
Jersey City police yesterday arrested a 60-year-old city man who officers say they caught taking down campaign signs outside the headquarters of a Ward B City Council candidate. Thomas F. Sheridan, 60, is charged with theft, possession of burglary tools and nine counts of bail jumping related to prior incidents out of Jersey City. Police say they spotted Sheridan using wire cutters to cut down signs outside of candidate Gerald Meyers? Kennedy Boulevard campaign headquarters, according to a police report. Meyers is running with Mayor Jerramiah Healy in the May 14 city election. Cops were on the scene canvassing for a missing person, the report says. According to the report, the two officers watched Sheridan cut down the signs and then heading south on Kennedy Boulevard when they stopped him. ?A guy paid me ten bucks to cut them down,? he said, according to the report. A city official who asked not to be identified said Sheridan refused to tell police who paid him. Police say they found five syringes and a needle-exchange identification card in Sheridan?s possession. Healy is gunning for a third full term on May 14, and he is being challenged by Ward E City Councilman Steve Fulop, Jerry Walker and Abdul Malik. Bruno Tedeschi, spokesman for Fulop?s mayoral campaign, said Sheridan is not on the campaign?s payroll. ?We are not paying people to take down signs,? Tedeschi said. Walker campaign spokeswoman Marimer Navarrete said Walker's campaign ?doesn?t have any money? to pay people to take down opposing candidates? campaign signs.
