It used to happen once a month.. Then they painted it and I think more truckers became aware.
These truckers should know the height of the vehicle they are hauling and then they can avoid getting stuck in the underpass.

That happens at least once or twice a month. A couple of years ago they paved the road and lots of trucks got stuck bc they thought they would clear the bridge but the new road added a few inches. At least this is what was told to me when I flagged down a cop telling him that a truck was stuck.

Looks like a semi is stuck under the rail bridge between Hoboken and JC at Jersey Ave and Newark. The road is closed while the Fire crews figure out how to extract it.
