Perhaps it's time for a zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol for the police with mandatory random testing. Should end these shenanigans.

So after all these years I THOUGHT there was some good deep seated reason telling me to avoid OLE' besides the overpriced Burritos.

Never been even though it's in the back yard.

Confucious is good for Lunch...good value, delicious food.

Bertucci's has gone from mediocre to INEDIBLE!

Cops: Officer drew gun in restaurant Monday, August 10, 2009 By CHARLES HACK JOURNAL STAFF WRITER An off-duty Hudson County sheriff's officer was arrested Saturday night after allegedly threatening the manager of a Downtown restaurant with a gun, according to Jersey City police reports.

View Larger Map Roger Eubanks, 39, of West Passaic Avenue in Rutherford, was charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, reports said. Police were called to the Ole Restaurant, 564 Washington Blvd., on a report of a man being threatened with a gun. The 36-year-old restaurant manager told police he asked Eubanks, who had been drinking a lot, to quiet down after he became loud and confrontational with staff and customers, reports said. Eubanks then pulled a gun on the manager before leaving the restaurant, reports said. While police were interviewing the manager, Eubanks walked past the restaurant, reports said. The manager identified him and cops questioned Eubanks and patted him down, but found no weapon, reports said. Eubanks, who identified himself as a sheriff's officer, told police his service weapon was in his Jeep parked nearby, where police recovered the officer's Glock 9mm in a holster under the passenger seat, reports said. The Hudson County Sheriff's Office could not be reached last night to comment.
