If these additions keep coming, Jersey City might soon rival Paris for culinary quality.

I don't know what this says about me, but I am really excited about the new Dunkin! Hopefully it will be open on weekends.

Yes, there are a lot of chains down here, but from talking to the local restaurant owners/managers I've heard the rents are expensive and/or going up so the smaller local shops can't afford the weekend lull of Exchange Place. It's a shame, some character would be nice...

I'll take a DD over Starbucks anyday.

Boo. The last thing this area needs is another Dunkin Donuts. There's a Cosi, ABP, Van Houtte and now DD. Just what we need, another chain.
