It's only news if it makes the papers. Nontroversy, controversy, shmontroversy, you gotta love it. When you read a line that says something is "regarded as an international model in stakeholder consensus negotiations and sustainable development" you become aware this is psychobabble spouted by those who think they know things we don't because something really, really important is on the verge of happening but don't ask what it is because what it is, it ain't. Get it?

People need to get over this whole "LSC is in Jersey City" crap. We went through it with "Newport City" in the 80's and it was stupid then. Besides, once their ineptitude and mismanagement drives them out of business, will we even want to acknowledge their presence here? Another nontroversy.

Quite right and all that but it is an established fact that LSC has distanced itself from JC from the start. They recently ate humble pie in asking JC for some "green" which they got in the form of a loan and agreeing to mention JC in their pronouncements.

I really don't know what a sustainable city is. I could guess but I'd probably be wrong and I am too lazy to google it.
And WTF does this mean? "an international model in stakeholder consensus negotiations and sustainable development."

"Jersey City" is printed twice on every web page on lsc.org. What more do you want? A 2 second blurb on a commercial?
