You are probably right but Bodhipooh is correct in the astute observation that 07302 did not make the superzip cut off.

This is based on 2010 info -- the way 07302 has been changing rapidly -- I'm sure it is firmly in the top 5% now.

I am confused by this article. In the second paragraph, it states that:

What was the cutoff to be classified as a "Super Zip"?? Looking at the map, 07302 was NOT identified as a "Super Zip", which are denoted in yellow (07302 is a light green) and the stats for the zip code (household income: $89,287, adults that hold college degrees: 67%) are below those of the Super Zip average ($120,272 / 68%). The college degree difference is minimal, but the average income difference is pretty steep: 25% lower. Why would the article writer make a false claim? Are editors (and, reporters) at NJ.com not concerned with accuracy?

Report: Hoboken's population among most educated and prosperous in the country

Hoboken has one of the most affluent and educated populations in the country, according to an analysis by The Washington Post. The city ranked among 650 "Super Zips," or ZIP codes where the country's "most prosperous, highly educated demographic clusters" live, according to the Post. The rankings?zero to 99?represent an average of each the percentile for median household income and for the number of adults with college degrees, according to the report. Locations that rank a 95 or higher were labeled Super Zips. Hoboken's median income was $104, 789 and 72 percent of adults in the city have college degrees. According to the report, households in Super Zips have a typical income of $120, 272 and 68 percent of adults are college educated. Two ZIP codes in Jersey City ?07302 and 07310? were also identified as Super Zips, with rankings of 94 and 99, respectively. No other ZIP code in Hudson County made the cut, though Secaucus came close with a ranking of 82, according to the report.
