Does anyone have a recommendation for a dog walker for two medium sized ~55 lb border collies? We're moving to the western slope area next month.

We just had a great experience with Pasquale of http://jerseypaw.com/. He was available for two weekend visits/walks at short notice and a very reasonable rate, he was super professional, confirmed before the visit via email, sent text updates with pictures during the visit, and obviously cares very deeply about dogs. We will definitely use him again!

We have been using Metro Dogs for over a year and they have been amazing. We love our dog walker Ryan and the owners are really sweet too. We thoroughly checked out all the dog companies in the area because of the crazy stories we heard about some of them and Metro Dogs was definitely our favorite. They also help us out with late day walks and boarding. They have been around for a long time. I highly recommend them. You can call or email them through their website: www.metrodogs.biz (Adam and Michelle are the owners)

Good luck!

No worries, many have done this and survived the wrath. *grin*.

Best of luck, and welcome to JCList.

Also, I like your website and the daily activity sheet.

I do not know that. However, if you are in need, I have been doing both since 2004. I service these areas:

Pet-Sitting: Jersey City: Downtown Jersey City, Journal Square, 5-Corners, JC Heights/Western Slope; Hoboken, Lower North Bergen, Union City, Weehawken

Dog-Walking: Jersey City Heights/Western Slope, Hoboken, Lower North Bergen, Union City, Weehawken.

I periodically advertise on JC List and have just posted an ad. Best way to r each me is by the contact information listed in the ad.

Hope to hear from you soon!

It might have been metrodogs - we use them (def recommend them) and I know they live in PH.

Hi All,

I'm hoping to find out the contact info for a dog walker I see around Paulus Hook frequently (She also said she used to be a supervisor at Boca's play n stay when they first opened). Hopefully she will see this message or someone else can forward me her info. We would love to see if she can walk/visit with our dog while we're away for the day. She's very sweet and friendly with brown hair.

Thanks!
Megan

Skyline Tails is open all day, every day, including weekends and holidays. Yes, even Thanksgiving, plus Christmas and New Year's Eve. We know this time of year is extra stressful for pet owners, so we're always open for you.

We have been using Paul for a year now and have been happy. Our dog is a VERY active 3 year old German Shorthair Pointer. He just loves Paul and the afternoon play group for big dogs. He used to bounce off the walls when we came home from work despite me running long distances with him in the morning. I still run with him but now he is actually tired at night and goes to bed way before we do!

On my block is a young lady with a curly fro and a pink stripe in her hair, she walks dogs on my street, curious if anyone knows who she is and if she is any good, I have also heard some suggestions for Paul, any thoughts?
