I don't know if they specialize in the exact work you're looking for, but I was very happy with a job done in my condo by Cronin Hardwood Floors.

Anyone know what is being done at 615 Jersey Ave? I'm not sure if it is residential or commercial, although there looks like a counter along one wall that you would rest drinks on.

sorry. should have been more specific. hamilton park, 2 bedroom condo.

should also say we already have spoke to someone from armagno. we liked what we heard, but figure it's always a good idea to have at least 2 opinions.

You can follow @JCParking on twitter for all street cleaning, permit enforcement, etc. They're good at updating.

Looks like our hot water heater just went. Does anyone have a plumber they recommend? Or, has anyone ever used PSE&G to replace a hot water heater? Or HomeDepot / Lowe's? Thanks.

what kind of issues caused by indoor seating are the neighbors dealing with?

the RFP has some pretty positive requirements / stipulations for community events and events sponsored/produced by the FOL:

1) At least thirty (30) community/local performances/events (sponsored and/or produced by local community groups or other City residents), which include but are not limited to school/youth programs, programs for senior citizens, performances from local artists, lectures or other academic programs, or cultural celebrations

2) At least twenty (20) musical performances by nationally recognized artists

3) At least ten (10) theatrical or other stage performances

4) At least ten (10) comedy performances

5) At least twenty (20) other performances/events (may include event types listed above)

6) Allowance for twenty (20) events to be sponsored and produced privately by the Friends of the Loew?s Inc. community group

7) Allowance for private event booking only during times in which the facility is not reserved for any of the types of events listed above

two tires and rims stolen from my car- paulus hook

warning- thieves on the prowl in paulus hook

i live in paulus hook, specifically on sussex street between washington and warren. my car was parked on the street, and some jersey city allstars put a cinder block under the left side of my car and removed two tires and rims from the driver side.

it's a 2008 honda fit sport; nothing fancy. tires and rims were stock, nothing custom.

i parked it 4:30pm on tuesday and made the awesome discovery wednesday around noon.

once i get my car back, i'll be equipping it with wheel locks. i've noticed them on several other hondas in the neighborhood. anyone else have this happen?
