Soo is he still an officer or what? How come they cant find what car everyone drives? The victim cant identify who this guy is, "domestic incident". Does he go by the name of John Doe?
Great story.

I saw that dirtbag Joe Frank picking up a cat that was caught in a cage yesterday in the yard behind mine. Im not sure if they put the cage there or if the owner set out the cage & he juss took it away. I wish I had more time yesterday to follow where he took the cat.

The problem ive always had was that there should be a camera on that skyway & the other 1&9 bridges so if the police are looking fopr a car that might of crossed there, they can get the plate info & have a chance of catching them.

Palisade Avenue & Newark Avenue is the worst to be at or to be driving through during the school hours.
Yea there police there but your lucky to find enough there helping with the traffic. They are mostly talking to the girls going to school hitting on them. I know cause I have to drive thru that area during those times.

How would they make it legal for the people living in the illegal units?
Im sure theres alot of illegal units espically in the newly built houses that have the garage in the front bottom & rent out that area behind the 1 car garages.

They need to crack down on all of these cars using out of state plates. Theres so many cars in this city that have out of state insurance & licence plates & the owners live here in JC.

To be clear, none of us know who started the altercation, but what the hell does McGovern being a blackbelt (in what martial art you didn't specify) have to do with anything?

Let me phrase differently ------- By the way you have written your statement, you're suggesting that one who holds a blackbelt could not be an instigator of something?

I missed that out, hes a 4th Degree Blackbelt in TaiKwanDo.

No I dont think he was the instigator, all I was saying was that if something was to "really go down", Im sure he would #OOPS# someone up, not just slap these people in the back of their head.

First of all, Brian McGovern is a Blackbelt so I doubt he started whatever happened. Im sure he was defending his self down Point Pleasant Beach.
Now Officer Kevin Cieslak, a two-year member of the department, How do you explain driving 89-miles-per hour in a 25-mile-per-hour zone after allegedly being involved in a collision with a bread truck and he left the scene of the accident. But how do you do 89 MPH after colliding with a bread truck anyway rookie???
