I haven't seen him parked on Merseilles before 78 for the past week. He's been there forever, probably the longest lasting food truck in JC. Nothing exceptional, i.e., Sabrett's hot dogs, but cheap and always good conversation. On one of my last visits he was was complaining about new rules enacted by PSE&G and the city. I hope he wasn't forced to move.
