These Abatement Agreements were negotiated in the Schundler Administration - many years before Mayor Healy was elected.

In the last election cycle, Hartz Mountain made the following contributions to JC candidates:

$2,000 to Healy (in two installments)
$1,500 to Vega (in three installments)
$1,000 to the Team Jersey City council slate.
