That headline says it all. Peeing in the street is ok, loud car radios are the norm, wolfpacking in JC is a myth and street fights are fine as long as they dont get violent.

Is rape ok if the girl kind of knew the attacker or if she was wearing a skirt? We need to crack down on all of this crap asap. Quality of life crimes are way out of hand in this city.

These headlines are pathetic.

A first year copywriter intern from a Texas border town community college wouldn't write this.

Street fight turns violent as two are sent to JCMC

Monday, August 18, 2008

Two stabbing victims were treated at the Jersey City Medical Center after a street fight Saturday night, police reports said.

A 34-year-old man, who was being treated for a laceration to his forehead above his right eye, told police he was attacked outside his home on Roosevelt Avenue around 8:40 p.m., police said.

He was slashed with a knife, before his attacker fled with two other people in a burgundy-colored car, reports said.

Police also interviewed a 16-year-old juvenile at the hospital, who said he was in the area visiting his brother when he was stabbed in the back by an unknown assailant, reports said.

The two victims did not know each other, police said.
