I am wondering what makes liberals think that the minimum wage in the US should be $15, while in Germany it is about $9.6.

Is the cost of living that much higher in the US than in Germany?

For starters, Germany has free college and universal healthcare.

Spamming a partisan hack's links is proof of nothing.

I could find a million Rush Limbaugh and Bill O' Reilly links, but I doubt you'd find them very persuasive. Amusing how you feel the need to rabidly defend failed liberal policies though. The cities I listed are a testament of what does not work.

You can certainly point to this as an example of a conservative policy that got taken too far and led to bad results.

What you can't do is try and use it as a reason to vote Democrat. After all, there are MANY MORE examples of decades of liberal policies that have only led to ruin for the unfortunate residents of those Democratically run cities. Detroit, Camden, St. Louis, Baltimore, the list goes on.

Not when you are unable to provide basic services. That is not a good thing. Drive the streets of Kansas City, MO and then cross the river to Kansas City, KS. Not a good thing.

Economics 101: Demand has to come before Supply
That's why Tax cut won't lead to growth. It's not that complicated.
