In a lot of places in Spain in general, and Barcelona in particular (since we are talking of Raval from there), they offer a small tapa when you get a cerveza. This is actually a way to start the evening and you can stay and order more at the place if you like. I am not too optimist they will do that here but the notion of at least having 2 sets of prices depending on the portion might be a smart one. Many places around here now offer small portions as part of their menus. I personally prefer these places over others.

Another pizza place. Although i'm sure it will be a great restaurant, i just find the offerings on the menu pretty much similar to pizza and pasta elsewhere..... I'm definitely looking forward to the tapas restaurant Raval which may offer stuff that is not too carb heavy.. i hope.

My only beef with tapas joints is they're usually a huge ripoff. Some have portions smaller than appetizers yet cost 7, 8 or 9 bucks! I hope this new spot gets it right.

Opening night finally.

Big bar restaurant with multi levels - definitely solid nightspot potential.

In the short time I've been following them via social media, they seem to be much more community oriented than your average pizza shop.

Examples: winter pop-up market-http://instagram.com/p/vttKDeDRqW/

Then they ran a special with christmas trees: "Christmas trees arrive in the park next Friday! Come with an appetite, leave with a tree. ???????? 2 Margherita pizzas, a carafe of house wine or a pitcher of domestic beer and | a 4 ft. tree for $35 | a 5 ft. tree for $45 | a 7 ft. tree for $65."

If it's anything like the Asbury Park location, it'll be awesome. Can't wait to drop in.

Looks nice but I'm disappointed they decided to paint over a large section of the old mural on CC with a giant blue wall.
