There are those who do, and those who complain.

Worst freaking excuse for an art show I have ever seen. I have had to take his god***m chalk shi* off my building several times and am sick of it. Go find an abandoned building or a piece of paper to draw on, moron. I love street and graffiti art, btw, but the circles are just dumb. Jersey City is full of so many crap artists, and Norm is just one of many.

I find the circles intriguing, like crop circles. If he draws them freehand, well done, they're technically perfect. If it was done on my building, I'd probably have the same response and want it gone, but at least it's only chalk.

The bottle art is a creative use of disposed goods. It puts some life into that sterile block.

Is nobody going to crit the brick sculptures on Marin Blvd?

On that note - what about the terrible plastic bottle "art" all along Coles between 3rd to 5th Street? If I lived on that block with all the bottles with plastic straps on my street signs, and I owned? I'd worry about my property value. It looks like sh*t.

Anyone know who's responsible for these? A friend is a beat writer for the Observer and might want to do an anonymous profile of the artist(s).
