JC school taxes are incredibly low.

And they will go sky high.

Since JC taxpayers pay less than 20% of its own school costs it has a lot of head room to pay its own fair share.

Then let the state pay for our police, fire, and health infrastructure.
. And why should NJ taxpayers do that?

The "electrified economy" is what the "hydrogen economy" was about 10 years ago... Unicorns & rainbows.

NY is riding this unicorn to a future of rolling blackouts and crushing power bills. NJ seems to want to get on board as well.

I wish the people making these decisions would hire an engineering consultant group, that has no financial interest in battery storage, wind, and solar to introduce said people to the concept of "theoretical limits".

tl:dr version: There is no battery technology in existence or in development that can make a fully electric economy (especially without nuclear or fossil fuels) possible without creating a energy poverty and an environmental nightmare.

Will this cost JC taxpayers more money? I?m sure the residents outside downtown don?t care about Fulop?s virtue signaling if it costs them more money to accomplish this.

Of course it costs more money. Just remember paying for this while school taxes go sky high.
